Allie Eads

Owner/Director

"Allie’s love for dance began at the early age of 3 as she began her training in ballet for what would later become her life path.  As an active member in missions at Grace Community Fellowship in Ottawa KS, She started Make Your Move to give kids an activity to do after school on early release days.  It soon expanded to what it is now. Growing from what once was 15 students, to teaching over 200 students weekly!

With experience in the competitive and recreational dance world,  she has competed in regional and area wide competitions, obtaining multiple awards. Her interest in choreography also surfaced at this time as she began choreographing for other local studios.

Allie is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, musical theatre, tap, hip-hop, contemporary/modern, and improvisational techniques. She has been teaching since she was 14 and thoroughly enjoys getting to share her passion and knowledge with others! Allie has had the privilege to attend many workshops to take classes and learn from some influential names in the dance world."

Rachel Eads

Office and FLaiR Shop Manager

"Miss Allie's sister! If you ever have a question, Miss Rachel will always help with all things regarding the studio and its events!

Rachel loves to knit, read, and bake. So much so that she owns her own business called The Beaded Needle!

Annie Dekat

Assistant Teacher

"Annie Dekat was born and raised in Ottawa Ks and started dancing at the young age of 3 years. Now 15, she has been taught under several names from the Christian dance company, Storling, located in Kansas City. She has been trained in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Pointe. Annie strives to make it possible for every person to dance! Giving students the level of confidence they need, Annie expresses her love for dance and shows how every person can express that love too!

Annie loves seeing her students find their own rhythm and style through dance, not conforming to what others say they should be! “‘Dance for all’ gives a different meaning to dance. Just come be yourself! It doesn't matter what your body looks like, or what other people say you should be, or what others say you are.

Move to the rhythm of your own heartbeat and passion. I promise, once you are here, it's really hard to stray away!”
